Hyaluronic acid vs Botox

Question :
What exactly is Hyaluronic Acid and how does that compare to Botox? I am considering some face touch ups, and want to explore all of my options.
Answer :
Hyaluronic acid is the main ingredient for many of the popular fillers on the market (ie., Juvederm, Restylane). It is used to fill static or resting lines such as smile lines or marionette lines. Botox is used for dynamic or lines associated with facial movement such as forehead or glabellar lines.
