How often do injectable fillers need to be replaced?
Most injectable fillers are temporary. There are some permanent injectables such as silicone but not FDA approved for cosmetic use. Hyaluronic acid type injectables (Restylane, Juvederm, Perlane) usually last 6-9 months. Radiesse, which is a calcium, based filler lasts up to 14 months.
