Patient is a 39 year old female who always hated her “bump” on her nose. Like many patients with this similar issue, she did not enjoy taking pictures showing her profile. Dr. Choe performed an open technique Rhinoplasty to address her nasal hump. He also performed septoplasty and placed spreader grafts to improve her breathing. She has a long cartilaginous nose and without spreader grafts, nose similar to her nose may collapse. Dr. Choe also narrowed her tip width and softened her angle.
