A 23 year old female wanted to improve her nose “conservatively” without changing it too much. She had a dorsal hump, an inverted V deformity, difficulty breathing through her nose, and slightly enlarged tip. Dr. Choe performed an open Rhinoplasty technique addressing her concerns for a natural appearing nose. Her breathing is also significantly improved. She is very pleased with the result.
